I'm Heidi Graves - Stress Pattern Specialist and founder of NeuroReProgram.
This work exists because I needed it. And because once I found it I couldn't stop thinking about how many other women needed it too.
In my early twenties I was working three jobs at once and thought I was invincible.
My body had other ideas.
Allergies from nowhere. Inflammation so severe it hurt to be in my own skin. My jaw locked one night and wouldn't open properly for months. At my worst I couldn't lift a kettle to make tea.
Tests found nothing. I moved on. I assumed this was just my life now.
That was my first burnout. I didn't know that's what it was.
I spent the next two decades in recruitment - hiring people, watching them perform under pressure, fascinated by what drove someone to push hard and succeed and what stopped someone who had every reason to make it. I surrounded myself with books on neurobiology, psychology, the mind-body connection.
I wanted to understand how people actually worked.
But even with all of that, I couldn't get to the root of what was happening in me.
By the time I had my children I was running my own business. From the outside I was holding everything together. Inside I felt vacant. A physical sensation in my body - a knot, a tightening - that no scan or specialist could explain.
I didn't talk to anyone about it. I'd always been the strong one. Admitting what was actually going on felt impossible.
Then at thirty-six I found a practitioner who worked across multiple modalities - kinesiology, NLP, EFT, and more. Someone who didn't just treat the symptom but looked for what was driving it underneath.
In one session she identified what was sitting in that physical sensation I'd been carrying for years. We worked through it. It shifted immediately.
Within a handful of sessions my postnatal depression also went.
That's when something fundamental clicked.
My body wasn't broken. My system had learned to hold stress in a particular way - and nobody had ever shown me that patterns like that could change.
That experience changed everything about how I work.
What I know now
I hear it constantly.
"That's just how I am."
"I've always been wired this way."
You're not describing who you are.
You're describing a pattern your system learned. And learned patterns can change.
Because you find where the pattern came from and give your system a different option.

This Work Is Intentional - and Fit Matters
I work with a small number of clients at a time. That's deliberate.
