I’m Heidi Graves, a Nervous System and Subconscious Reprogramming Specialist, and founder of NeuroReprogram™.

My work exists because I needed it myself.
For years, I was the one holding it all together: the career, the family, the goals.
I looked successful on the outside, but my body was quietly burning out on the inside.

When burnout and postnatal depression hit, I had no choice but to rebuild life from the ground up. I didn’t need more mindset tools or productivity hacks. I needed a way to feel safe in my own body again.
Not just when things were calm, but in real life, when everything felt busy, messy, or uncertain.

What I discovered wasn’t out of reach.
We simply were never taught how to work with our system instead of against it.
