Two Ways to Work With Heidi

A framework developed in clinic over eight years.

It works in five phases - each one building directly on the last.

Phase 1 - Release We bring the adrenaline levels down. Before anything else can shift, your system needs to find a different baseline. Most women notice more clarity, better sleep, and a sense of finally breathing out - often before anything else has formally begun.

Phase 2 - Find Once the noise settles, we can see what's underneath it. The specific patterns that have been running, where they came from, and what's been keeping them in place. This is where things start to make sense in a way they haven't before.

Phase 3 - Shift Using a range of evidence-based modalities including kinesiology, we take the stress out of the subconscious pathways driving the pattern. The automatic pull toward the old way starts to lose its hold.

Phase 4 - Reframe With the pattern releasing we work on how you talk to yourself, how you see situations, and how you want to show up. Not positive thinking. A genuinely different way of moving through your life - built around who you are now.

Phase 5 - Integrate This is where it becomes permanent. The first weeks you may still find yourself defaulting back - that's normal and expected. This phase embeds the new way until it stops being an effort and becomes just how you are.

Every week goes directly to what is ready to shift in your system right now. The framework is the structure. Everything within it is built entirely around you.
